These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapCoach mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Lu'dera Company Limited ("SnapCoach," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using SnapCoach

SnapCoach helps you take better photos using your phone's camera, guided by an on-screen overlay, and then enhances the photo you actually took using AI. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you take and upload. By using SnapCoach's guide and enhancement features, you grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to generate previews and produce your enhanced result. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your photos on our servers beyond that processing.

You agree not to use SnapCoach to capture or upload photos of anyone without their consent, or any content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts anyone under 18 in an inappropriate context.

3. Free Guides, Credits, and Subscriptions

SnapCoach offers a limited number of free guided sessions ("Free Guides") on a recurring schedule, and paid Credits and subscription plans for additional or premium usage. Pricing, included amounts, and refresh cadence are shown in the app and may change from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.

4. AI-Generated Content

Previews and enhancements are generated using AI and are provided "as is." While SnapCoach is designed to preserve your real likeness rather than replace it, AI output can occasionally be imperfect or unexpected. Use your judgment before sharing or relying on any generated result.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's operation; (c) circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or entitlement checks; or (d) use the Service to generate content that is abusive, harassing, or violates another person's rights.

6. Termination

You may stop using SnapCoach and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lu'dera Company Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. We may also modify or discontinue features of the Service, including pricing and free-tier limits, at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
