SnapCoach is operated by Lu'dera Company Limited ("SnapCoach," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the SnapCoach mobile app and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create a SnapCoach account, we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide.

Photos you take or upload. SnapCoach's core feature guides you to take a photo and then enhances it using AI. Photos you capture or upload are sent to our backend only to generate a preview or produce an enhanced result — they are processed in transit and are not stored on our servers afterward. The only lasting copy of your photos lives on your own device, in your device's photo gallery, unless you choose a future cloud-backup feature (not yet available).

Usage information. We collect basic usage data — such as which features you use and how often — to keep the app reliable and to enforce free-tier usage limits.

Device and camera access. The app requests camera and photo-library permissions so you can take and select photos. On-device pose detection (used to power the live camera guide overlay) runs entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Waitlist signups. If you join our waitlist on this website, we collect the email address you provide.

Purchase information. Subscriptions and Credit packs are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple/Google — we never see or store your payment card information. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can grant the corresponding entitlement.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the SnapCoach app, including generating previews and enhancing your photos.
• To maintain your account and apply the correct free-tier or subscription entitlements.
• To communicate with you — account emails, support responses, and (if you opt in) product updates.
• To notify waitlist signups when SnapCoach launches.
• To improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand how features are used in aggregate.

3. How Photos Are Processed

When you generate a preview or enhance a photo, the image is sent from the app to our backend, which forwards it to our AI image-processing provider to produce the result, then returns that result to your device. We do not retain a copy of your photos on our servers before or after this process.

4. Third Parties We Work With

• Cloud hosting & database provider — hosts our backend, database, and authentication.
• AI image-processing provider — processes photos to generate previews and produce enhancements, as described above.
• Advertising network — serves the optional/rewarded ads shown to free-tier users, per that provider's own privacy practices.
• Email delivery service — delivers transactional emails (account confirmation, support replies).
• Apple App Store / Google Play — process purchases and manage in-app payment.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Photos are not retained on our servers at all, as described above. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can access, update, or delete your account information from within the app.
• You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
• You can opt out of non-essential notifications in the app's settings.
• You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time via the link in those emails.

7. Children's Privacy

SnapCoach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
